Visit towns in each of the 8 Texas regions and then use a coloring book to relax
Texas is a large state, as a result it's broken down into 8 sections. Each section of Texas has its own unique history and countryside. This app shows each of those 8 regions. Maps show towns in each region, along with information about the towns and cities. There is also information about the specific region.
The regions are Central Texas, the Hill Country, South Texas, West Texas, the Trans Pecos, North Texas, Gulf Coast, and East Texas.
Using Google maps, you can view and get to know the region. There is a history and explanation of the Texas Regions and each community has its own history page. While looking at a city, you can find areas of interest and actually view street views of that point.
If you're visiting Texas, you can use the app to find directions from your current location to the city of your choice.
There is also a 20 image coloring book included that will give the user and family hours of fun, as you color in pictures of various locations. You can save your work and continue later. You have a choice of brush size, custom colors,, you can erase your work.
The app includes instructions for ease of use for both the visiting and also for the coloring book.
