A few notes on weather data source:
The watch face itself does not collect any information from you, but gets the weather info from the Wear OS itself. For example, on Pixel watches, it is sourced from the Weather app on the watch; so to change temperature display between Celsius and Fahrenheit, you would need to change the setting inside the Wear weather app.
To keep the weather information up to date, you need to allow the OS to know your location, and have internet access (e.g. from the paired Phone via bluetooth). Therefore, if your weather information is missing or incorrect, please check your Wear OS setting, and ensure it has good internet connection and has location service turned on.
If all the above are already set, it may be an OS thing. You can open your weather app on the watch (use the full-screen app shortcut for fast access!), and refresh it to force a data update. Or try setting the watch face to another and then setting it back. Those normally fix the issue.
