- Marissa McNamara - Uses her power training systems to build maximum strength, placing an emphasis on compound movements.
- Felicia Keathley - Primarily focuses to help you master essential and foundational exercises. Also known for her pregnancy and postpartum programing.

Alive is free to download with optional Premium plans (Monthly or Annual), both with a 7-day free trial. Premium unlocks full access to all programs, challenges, and daily workouts.
