Not every room, and the objects it holds are as they appear... at first glance it may seem easy. Some secret passwords require thought and critical thinking. This game is not for linear or black & white thinking folk.... it requires thoughtful & analytical thinking outside of the realm of what is normal and expected to come up with the answer! As you pass each level, you find yourself wanting to do just one more puzzle before hitting the hay! Do you have what it takes to solve every level without taking too many hints or skips?
Hints are at your disposal, as well as skip puzzles to help you along the way. Don't be tempted to skip... but use your hints wisely to see if you can figure it out before unlocking all hints! Each hint provided gives more clues to the answer key, the secret password to escape one more room. Initial hints give you mild clues as to what it could be.
And the story goes.... you find yourself trapped inside a house on Hillcrest Drive. You have no idea how you wound up here, but all you can think of is getting out of here as soon as humanly possible. One room leads to another, and you must use your brain and your wit to escape. No rest for the wicked!
Every room has clues, objects, hand written notes, and other objects of interest to interact with. Search every nook and cranny of each room as some objects may be hidden or disguised. Your job is to type the secret password according to the clues found in your room. There is only one password that will work to escape each room, and with every level passed, it becomes more challenging and obscure. Some answers are right on your nose in the early levels. As you progress through this mansion, others become more challenging and start to challenge you with things like Homonyms, Similes, Antonyms, Anagrams, Homophones, Palindromes and other challenging examples of word play.
Your job is to escape each room by using only a few clues at your disposal to come up with the password to escape. Do you have the wit and the puzzle solving skills to escape each room & find your way out of the mystery home at Hillcrest drive?
