ARG-CMMS SelfCare : View assets, create service requests, and track maintenance.
ARG-CMMS Selfcare is a mobile application designed for Premise-In-Charge users to easily manage maintenance activities for their assigned locations. After selecting a location, users can view key primary details, track the total number of service requests created for that Location, and access the complete asset list along with individual asset information allocated to that location. The app enables users to quickly create new Service Requests by scanning the asset’s QR code, ensuring accurate identification and faster reporting. Users can also view all Work Orders associated with any Service Request or asset, and download Work Order prints whenever needed for follow-up, verification, or record-keeping. Overall, ARG-CMMS Selfcare provides a simple and efficient way for location in-charges to monitor assets, raise issues, and stay connected with ongoing maintenance activities.
