The New Testament translated into Ewondo, with French, English, German, Arabic
This application presents the Word of God to you in nine different languages: 1) Ewondo, 2) French, 3) English, 4) German, 5) Arabic
For most languages (except German), you can download the audio chapters of the New Testaments and thus listen to the texts read to you. However, the written text and the text read to you are not necessarily exactly the same.
Functioning :
If you tap the little “book” icon at the top right, you can change the screen windows: Now choose either
- “one panel” if you want to see the Ewondo only
- "two panels" to display Ewondo at the top and English, French or one of the other versions at the bottom
- "verse by verse" to display a verse in Ewondo followed by the same verse in English or French or one of the other versions you can choose.
• Highlight your favorite verses
• When you tap a verse, an image button appears in the bottom toolbar. When this button is pressed, the “Edit Image” screen appears. You can choose the background image, move the text around the image, change the font, text size, alignment, format and color. The finished image can be saved to the device and shared with others.
• Give your phone permission to download audio files of New Testament texts. Once downloaded, the audio files will remain on your device for later offline use.
• Add notes
• Look up words in your Bible.
• Swipe to navigate chapters
• Night mode for reading in the dark
• Click and share Bible verses with your friends via WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, SMS, etc.
• No additional font installation required. (Renders complex scripts well.)
• Simple user interface with navigation drawer menu
