You can personalize two things:
Dial Style — switch between Arabic or Roman numerals
Info Display — choose the small data shown on the watch face (battery, steps, heart rate, calendar events, weather, sunrise/sunset, and more depending on your apps)

For beachgoers, boaters, and anglers:
Pair Genteel Plus with Tide Watch: Wear OS Tide Times to display live tide times right on the watch face. Once installed, choose “Tides” as the info source during customization.
