between making offers and trading offers until you agree on a trade for the exact item that you want. Upon

agreeing on a trade, you ship your items to our Los Angeles authentication center, where they undergo

our multilayered, in-house authentication process to ensure they are authentic before being shipped to you.

Before being shipped, all items traded on RTRO must pass the RTRO comprehensive and multi-layered

authenticity and quality review. Any item that fails to meet our comprehensive quality and authenticity
