Part of the Samsara MEM solution that allows remote view and control of devices
Samsara Remote Support is a companion app for the Samsara Mobile Experience Management (MEM) solution that allows an admin to remotely view and control a device’s screen. With the Samsara MEM, administrators can simplify mobile device management across their operations.

Mobile Experience Management is available in beta to existing Samsara customers. If you’re not yet a Samsara customer, contact us at sales@samsara.com or (415) 985-2400. Visit samsara.com to learn more about Samsara’s Connected Operations Platform.

Samsara uses the accessibility service API to allow admins from Samsara organizations to use the app to view and control devices during a remote session. Samsara will not collect any of accessibility data during a remote session and accordingly does not store or share any of this data.
