The Remote Visit by FM Global app allows your FM Global engineering specialist to provide you with engineering services through a virtual visit. The app allows the engineering specialist to see what you see, either by leveraging the camera of your mobile device or by sharing your screen. To use this application, you must be invited via email or SMS.
To start the video interaction, download the application and return to the email or SMS to connect the session.
During the remote visit you can leverage the following capabilities:
- High-definition audio
- Automatically adaptive video frame rate
- Live remote pointer
- Two way drawing and annotations
- Ability to pause video, capture and share images
The App can access your stored data if the engineering specialist requests it, and only if you authorize it explicitely. The app also allows the engineering specialist to capture, store, process and retain photos taken during the live interactive session.
